GoodScan recommendations as guideline

Bart Segers (Select Projects) was a bit skeptical about GoodHabitz but has already followed some interesting trainings.

“I started off with the Lean training in order to get familiar with GoodHabitz. Afterwards I took the GoodScan to know where my strengths lie, but especially where I can still improve. In order to improve, I followed the trainings suggested in the GoodScan.

I’m very pleased with the GoodHabitz tool. Starting with a magazine in which the theory is explained in a light-hearted way. Then an alternation of tests, videos, assignments and reasoning. This immediately gives you examples and practical implementations of the theory.

At first, I was somewhat skeptical because GoodHabitz offered a large number of variable trainings. Fortunately, I was able to adjust this expectation. The concept is nice: a good foundation of theory and if you find a subject you really like, you can do more with it later on. A mobile App would have been even better!

I’ve already used some newly learned things. Especially from the Feedback-training. I try to pay attention to feedback during my 1-on-1 conversations with my own manager and my team members. LSD! Listen-Summarize-Ask!
It is also very easy to find a training course. If you are in doubt how to react or if you remember something from a training course, you can access it very quickly and you can read it!”
